Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

All our products go through various stages of rigorous quality check before getting dispatched.

Returns/Refund

We accept exchange or returns ONLY if you've received items in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Sangbags.com

Please note:
No defects/damages will be considered without an unboxing video.
Make an unboxing video while opening the parcel. Please share the video within 24 hours of receiving your parcel on our customer care number or you can email us too at sang.bags@yahoo.com

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags intact if applicable. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your request is approved, returns will need to be sent to the following address: 124 a 144 near Durga Mandir, Govind Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India - 208006

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once item is received, it will go through verification process before a refund is issued.

We would not be responsible for the loss of shipment while returning the product, or damage to the product incurred during the same.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
